AC 444 Terms and Conditions — Know before you use

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between AC 444 and its members. By using the AC 444 website or mobile app, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

AC 444 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and the revision date will be updated. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with AC 444, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time and balances forfeited.

• Each individual may create one account only.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts; however, operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may trigger an investigation.
• It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number or email address provided at registration may be subject to verification.
• You may be asked to submit identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, particularly for large withdrawals.

Providing an accurate date of birth at registration is mandatory. An incorrect date of birth may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawals being held.

3 Age Verification

AC 444 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 may open an account or place bets on this platform.

AC 444 may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate to verify any member's age. Failure to provide proof of age may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳50,000 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
• A withdrawal may be placed under review for certain reasons — in such cases, the support team will reach out to you.

5 Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the following rules before placing bets on AC 444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available).
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds changes apply up until the bet is submitted. Once submitted, the confirmed odds are final.
• AC 444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• In parlay or accumulator bets, if any single selection is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• Any suspicion of match fixing or unfair advantage will subject the relevant bet and account to investigation.

Odds change rapidly during live betting. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to internet delay, AC 444 reserves the right to review that bet.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at AC 444 come with specific terms and conditions. Each offer has its own separate terms that apply.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registrations and deposits only.
• The specified wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be used.
• Bonus validity periods generally range from 7 to 30 days, depending on the offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• AC 444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AC 444:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — placing opposing bets with the sole intent of collecting a bonus.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit it for unauthorized advantage.
• Accessing or stealing another member's account credentials.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

AC 444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns.
• As required by law or at the direction of a regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
